The guidance center is a community behavioral health center serving residents of defiance, fulton, Henry and Williams counties. We are here to meet the diverse behavioral health needs of individuals in our community. We strive to meet those needs by determining with you what services will benefit you the most and by delivering services professionally, positively and ethically. Providing the tools and assistance needed for individuals to enhance their quality of life on a day-to-day basis in our mission.
